This is achieved by following the 4 step process outlined in 36 CFR Part 800. WebA. Sections 110 and 112 of the National Historic Preservation Act call upon Federal agencies to lead the nation as stewards of our heritage resources. Section 110 calls for establishment of a sound historic preservation program that is effective in working in all the agency's mission areas.
