That leaves the monkey in the middle. You should be riding a Yutyrannus and roaring to give your tames courage boost. A bred/mutated Rex army is usually the way to go and good saddles for all of them (around 100ish armour). Good balance of HP and DMG.

There are 3 difficulties for each boss: Gamma, Beta and Alpha, each notably harder than the previous one.
