WebI know that for it to be considered maladaptive daydreaming it has to disrupt daily function. I have periods of time where my daydreaming is like this, usually when I've come up with a scenario I really like and then play it in my head over and over. However, other times while I still daydream a lot it doesn't cause disruption.
