The Mopar 2" lift will get you much more than the advertised 2" and will look silly with 33s IMO. Good for you for trying to do the financially responsible thing though. EDIT: Found a couple pics.

I've got a 13' JKU with the same tires and a steel bumper/winch. Try running at 31 PSI for a tankful or 2, you will find the ride will be MUCH smoother. You won't go back.
