I keep seeing that the IAC steps need to be set between 6 and 10 for it to run properly. After it is warmed up I can get the idle set at 850 and the IAC around 8 or 10. If you have a fuel pressure gauge in line it will be easy to check for 58 psi at the gauge by the throttle body. So lower the PWM until you get 58 psi at idle. Do not go lower than 58.

It keeps trying to idle down around 400-500 rpm but if I rev it up and clean it out it will be extremely high idle and it slowly loads back up again.
