WebIn D&D, the beholder cant use their rays against you while you are in the cone either, while in DDO they can. So they just strip your buffs and spam rays on you while you have no buffs and its impossible to block the rays. There are no good solutions other than to CC/kill them before they can kill you, and CC doesnt work on the red named beholders.
