WebI run DDO in Win 7 64, on the 32 bit client and see stuck loading screens like once every week. and even some of them i can just Alt+Tab out and back. When using the 64 bit client they were much more common, so it may be some unstability issue. You can sometimes get around it by hitting enter amd typing something.
