WebCHW Training Program. We offer a no-cost 10-week core competency training program designed to strengthen the skills, knowledge, and abilities of community health workers. This training is offered quarterly online. Anyone who completes the core competency program can enroll in FREE Continuing Education Health Specific Modules (HSMs). WebCHW Training Program Overview The CHW Training Program sponsored by the WA DOH offers standardized training to support CHWs in both clinical and non-clinical settings throughout state. Trainings are offered regionally across the state on a quarterly basis with a capacity to provide training to up to 500 CHWs annually.
